1. Drink water...
Hydrate your skin from within by drinking lots of water.
Carry a bottle with you when you go outside. Herbal tea is also great when it's
really cold. Your skin will soon have a healthy glow. So drink up and don't let
your skin go thirsty. We are sure you have heard the saying that if you feel
thirsty, then it is too late, you are already too dehydrated... forget this,
drink whenever you feel thirsty and remember that it doesn't just have to be
water, although water is best, any liquid will have water in it and so
therefore assist with ensuring you are keeping hydrated.
2. Exfoliate...
Dry skin always looks dull and lifeless. The dead surface
skin cells don't reflect light which is why they tend to look flat and

6. Keep those lips kissable all winter
Winter is always a challenging time for your lips. You may
find that they dry out more in winter due to the cold and the drying effects of

9. Masks for Moisture
Make sure you regularly use a mask at least twice a week
during the winter months. Masks tend to be heavier and have more active

to warm yourself up and burn calories and detox your body all at the same time
